  3. We will confirm eligibility and respond within 2 business days.

Processing timelines

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank. We will confirm once your refund is issued.

Exceptions

  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase.
  • Chargebacks or suspected fraud cases handled directly by the payment processor.
  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refunds for repeated purchases).
