Terms of Service
These terms explain how you can use VeraPix products and services. By downloading the app, purchasing a license, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Last updated: January 20, 2025
1. Eligibility and updates
You must be legally able to form a binding contract to use VeraPix. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. License and usage
License grant
We provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VeraPix for personal or commercial projects on a per-device basis.
Free tier limits
Free usage is limited to 25 conversions per day and 100 per week.
Lifetime license
The $9.99 lifetime license removes conversion limits for a single device. Additional devices require additional licenses.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass license or usage limits.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the software.
- Do not use VeraPix to infringe on others’ rights or for unlawful activity.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt our services, site, or infrastructure.
4. Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record; taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
- We do not store your full payment details; payment processors manage that securely.
- Refund requests can be made within 14 days if you are unable to activate or use the product as described. Contact support@verapix.com for help.
5. Intellectual property and feedback
VeraPix and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may provide feedback or suggestions; we can use that feedback without obligation or compensation.
6. Warranties and liability
- VeraPix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the software at any time; sections that should survive termination will continue to apply.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If your local law grants you mandatory consumer protections, those rights are not affected.
